Evolution started with a simple frustration: too many youth programs were run by people who didn't really know the game. Drills without purpose. Coaches who hadn't played at the level they were teaching to. Lines of kids waiting for a rep.
So in 2007, a small group of former college players opened a single gym in Northern Virginia with one promise: every rep would matter. Every session would be taught by someone who'd been there. Every player — from 1st graders to D1 recruits — would get real coaching that actually moves the needle.
Seventeen years later, Evolution has grown to six full-time facilities, a roster of 17+ professional coaches, and an alumni network of 600+ college players. The promise hasn't changed.

Full-time professional coaches
Every Evolution coach is on staff full-time. Not volunteers, not parents moonlighting — pros who do this for a living.
1:10 coach-to-player ratio
Camps, skills, leagues — capped at 10 players per coach. Every rep gets watched.
Six dedicated facilities
We don't rent rec center gym time. Every location is purpose-built for basketball training.
College placement pathway
From 1st grade Fundamental Training all the way to our College Prep program — a clear, documented path.
